THE FUTURE OF WORK

You will never hear me use the phrase “new normal” to explain what will happen after we come out of a global pandemic. There is nothing new about society confronting viral pathogens and there is nothing normal about wearing masks and isolating from people we love. What we will confront as business owners, managers and employees is longer term systemic change among the relationship between work and worker.
