In a letter dated January 5, 2010, Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott has called into question the constitutiality of the so called Nebraska compromise and the federal mandate to require individuals to purchase insurance. He joins 12 other State Attorney Generals who have called into the legality of provisions under both the House and Senate bills.
